All orders require 1–3 business days to process before shipping. Custom orders pre-order items may require additional time.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Please make sure your billing and shipping information match to avoid delays or cancellations.

Shipping

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation for security.

Domestic shipping typically takes 1–5 business days after processing.

International shipping times vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Mahai Hair Co is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.

Any shipping issues should be addressed directly with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Maintenance & Care

Our raw luxury extensions are crafted from 100% single-donor hair. With the right routine, your extensions will maintain their natural shine, softness, and longevity for years to come!

We recommend sulfate-free shampoo, deep conditioning, and gentle hands to maintain longevity.

Mahai Hair Co is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, coloring, or maintenance.
