All sales are final due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations.

We accept claims for incorrect or defective items within 48 hours of delivery (with photos). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

No returns on used, altered, installed hair, or discounted items.
